Locking buckle collar with rhinestone letters. Small heart lock and keys are included.

Heart shaped lock is highly reflective chrome plate and measures: 1-1/8 inches tall (including hasp) and 7/8 of an inch wide (about 3 cm by 2.25 cm). Two keys with heart shaped ends included.

Rhinestone letters are made of a zinc alloy and are about 1/2 inch high. Bell is about 1/2 inch in size and is silver plated steel. Bell is on a lobster claw clasp and is removable. This bell can clip to any of the letters except the letter E and also fits on the lock hasp. The bell will not fit the dee ring.
