The details:
Items can be returned hassle free- Notify me within 3 days of receipt for return approval. Buyer pays return shipping and must place item in the mail within a reasonable time after receiving return approval (5 business days). Upon timely receipt of the item in its original and unused condition a refund of the purchase price will be issued.

Defective Items or Items Damaged During Mailing:
I will, at my option, replace or repair a defective item. I will not replace or repair item(s) that have been modified, misused, and/or abused. For warranty assistance I must be contacted within 60 days of buyer receipt of the item.

Items that arrive damaged by the mail carrier are different than defective items. If you receive an item damaged in transit, you must keep all product and packaging and contact me immediately letting me know of the damage. You may need to fill out insurer paperwork to receive a refund.
