Shipping Insurance Information

Shipping Insurance is included in the price of your purchase. You are covered if an item is lost or damaged by the shipping service.

Please note that I ship via USPS with tracking. Lost or damaged packages are covered by insurance. Please contact me if your package appears lost or if there is damage to the item in transit. 

Shipping Damage: In cases of damage all packaging and contents must be saved, photos must be provided of the damaged packaging and product to be eligible for replacement.

Lost Package (USA): Lost packages are very rare with the USPS. If it appears the tracking is no longer updating and you have not received your package 10 days (USA), after shipment please contact me. I will open an inquiry with the USPS and will arrange to replace your order if the USPS has not updated the package location in a timely manner (3-5 business days from the time of being notified the package appears lost).  

ALL COUNTRIES: Items that are lost or damaged during shipping will be replaced; I may choose to refund lost or damaged items at my sole discretion.

Lost Package (Canada): Lost packages are very rare with the USPS. If it appears the tracking is no longer updating and you have not received your package 30 days (Canada), after shipment please contact me. I will open an inquiry with the USPS. If the package has already been accepted by Canada Post you (the buyer) may need to contact Canada Post directly. If there is no tracking movement after 60 days from shipment a package is considered lost. 

ALL COUNTRIES- Shipping Insurance does NOT cover theft after an item is marked as delivered. I do not refund or replace orders where the tracking shows as delivered to the address on the order. Please be sure to provide a shipping address that is secure.
