Pretty little heart bell necklace. Necklace is all stainless steel. The heart and bell are both free sliding along the chain.

The bell does have a clapper but does not really make a sound. You might hear a faint clicking when the bell jostles against the heart. The sound is very faint and might not be audible at all.

All parts are stainless steel.
The cute heart is a stylized open heart. It is about 15mm in size and about 1mm thick. (15mm is a little larger than 1/2 of an inch).
The bell is 6mm (about 1/4 of an inch).
Chain is 3mm cable link (3mm is a little smaller than 1/8 of an inch).
Chain features a lobster claw closure and the end rings allow for adjustment of about 1/4 inch larger than the size ordered
